Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.  

You'll receive an email notification confirming your order.  If you don't receive a notification, please check your spam folder or contact us at alliekatzkorner@gmail.com.

If you have an issue with your order or would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.  We are unable to make order changes after the order has shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation within 12 hours of submitting the order.

SHIPPING

We offer tracked expedited shipping Canada-wide, and tracked packet shipping to US and internationally.

For bookmarks, we offer untracked free shipping to Canada and US.  If bookmarks are purchased with a separate item from the store, free shipping no longer applies.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to Canada and US. 

All orders (aside from bookmarks) are shipped from New Brunswick, Canada via tracked  shipping with Canada Post.  See their website for current delivery standards.  For Canada, general estimates are 1-7 business days for expedited shipping, depending on where in Canada you are located.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently offer free local pickup if you live within the E5G postal code.  

Your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.  

You will receive a notification when it is ready and further instructions, address, etc.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Please see our return policy for full details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alliekatzkorner@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
