About Me

Charming Aromas and Bookish Vibes is a very well fitting description for my little corner of the web.  Two of my favorite things in one place!  I'm a self-proclaimed book nerd and lover of beautiful scents and creating something lovely from those two passions has always been a dream of mine.  Fear, lack of time or motivation got in my way for years until recently.  In 2021, my mom died.  And I struggled.  I couldn't seem to find a purpose anymore.  She was my best friend and my person.  And so in losing her, I almost lost myself too. 

Somewhere out of that grief came a desire to create something amazing, something in her memory and so AllieKatzKorner was a dream made into reality.  I began to create scents that honored her memory and our memories of her, that included her favorite things, and her favorite Psalms and before long I was smiling again.. and remembering her and all our memories together with so much love.
